Onnuri Church was built on the vision of an "Acts church" given by God through the late Rev. Yong-jo Ha. An Acts church is a church where Jesus is Lord and the Holy Spirit leads.

It is a church where every believer lives as salt and light in the world — missionaries who testify to the gospel through their lives. It does not remain in one place but presses on toward the ends of the earth. Onnuri Church's vision of an Acts church is expressed in the word "ACTS29." The book of Acts ends at chapter 28, yet that ending leaves a sense that the story is not finished — because the history of Acts continues through the church. Onnuri Church longs to keep writing the book of Acts in this generation, obeying Christ's Great Commission until He returns.
